Residential Service Agreement

As a residential service agreement customer your home would receive service 2 times a year, usually every 6 months. We keep up with your service dates and will contact you when service is due. Each visit would include, but is not limited to:

  • Change 1 – 1" or 2" thick air filter(s)
  • Perform a visual inspection of the system & check amp draws as needed on blower, compressor & condenser fan motor, contactors and disconnects.
  • Minor repairs to wiring or electrical components
  • Check the thermostat(s) for proper operation & calibration.
  • Check & clean condensate drain lines, drain pans & condensate pumps.
  • Perform a visual inspection of the duct system(s)
  • Keep detailed records of your equipment so no major problems or repairs catch you off guard.
  • Our book prices reflect a 10% discount for residential service agreement customers on parts & labor should additional repairs be needed.

Residential Service Agreements start at $159 for 1 System and each additional system is just $79! We also include minisplits additionally at just $75.

Home Plus Plan ($100 per system add-on ONLY available to Residential Service Agreement Customers)

With this plan, you no longer need to worry about any unplanned costs in between service calls, or during your routine maintenance. ALL diagnostic and trip fees are covered, as well as minor repairs for the term of the plan. You will still receive your two planned maintenance visits per year, and an additional 10% off any major repairs not covered by the plan*.

The purpose of being a service agreement customer is to keep your system up and running all season long. However, sometimes unexpected breakdowns may occur. At Superior Air Management we want to help limit these surprise costs as much as possible and keep additional repairs as stress free as possible.
